TERMS OF SALE
Items purchased on this site are require payment upon delivery unless your terms otherwise differ. Terms and conditions are also printed on the bottom of your invoice.  No merchandise can be returned without approval AND RGA number. All returns are subject to a 20% return charge. Special orders can NOT be returned under any circumstances. Checks returned will be subject to a $50 Service Charge. 

WARRANTY
All tire warranties are decided by and processed by the given tire manufacturer. AutoTrend is simply the facilitator in these matters, not the decision maker. Purchasers and users rely upon their own judgment as to suitable use, selection, service, and installation. Products that show evidence of improper INSTALLATION, ALTERATION, usage, ABUSE and/or BREAKAGE will not be covered under warranty.

GUARANTEE
All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, please call or email the Customer Service department at (631) 957-3901 for an authorization to return the product. Credit card transaction fees may apply. Restocking charges of 20% will apply to all returns. No returns will be accepted without a proper return authorization number.

PRICES
All pricing is subject to change. Auto Trend Tire and Wheel reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements.

*Defective means: Any product that fails to meet the factory specifications determined by the manufacturer.

LAW AND VENUE
Auto Trend Tire and Wheel sales invoices shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. Venue for any legal disputes shall be the state of New York.
